All of the parts we sell are genuine K’NEX parts. They are a mixture of new and used parts. We buy wholesale from distributors and large collections. All parts go through our six point quality system to insure that you get great parts to add to your collection.

K’NEX parts can be different shades of the same color even if they came from the same set because of the manufacturing process. We try to do our best to give the same “shade” for each order, however you’ll sometimes receive a mixture. 

There are two sizes of K’NEX. Commonly referred to as “Classic” and “Micro”.  Classic are the bigger sized K’NEX, and the Micro are commonly used in the modern coaster builds.

They are compatible together! You can use connectors, adaptors, and transition rods to interchange the pieces to give your builds more finesse or stability.

Our goal is to give you the cheapest and quickest shipping available. We benefit from corporate bulk rates with shipping providers and pass along the savings to you. Our cheapest shipping rate starts at $3.25 and increases based on the weight of your order. However all orders above $100 get free shipping.

All orders get shipped by next business day (Monday-Friday) at the latest. From there it usually takes about 2-3 business days for the package to be delivered. As soon as your package gets shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow the package to it’s destination.

Yes we do! However outside of Canada, we don’t have an automated system as we try to keep international shipping as cheap as possible. Please contact us through chat or e-mail for a shipping quote.

We’re committed to you having a great experience. If something goes wrong we will do our best to make it right. We know happy customers shop again – so we’re committed to getting things right the first time.

However in case we’re unable to, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all orders. If your order is not what you were expecting or you are the least bit dissatisfied please reach out to our customer service team and initiate a return.

As long as your return is initiated within 14 days of the day you received the package, and it’s shipped back within 14 days of initiated the return, we will process a refund for the returned parts once our warehouse received them.

Join Waitlist We generally have more stock on hand than our website shows. So stock could be updated quickly! We try to restock at least once a week if possible depending on part supplies.
