We understand that when you're in the middle of a build, you need your parts fast. That's why we've streamlined our shipping process to get your packages to you as quickly and safely as possible. We ship via all the major carriers, out of our warehouse in St. Louis, MO.

Our Shipping Process

• Quality Check: Every order is inspected to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in great condition
• Smart Packaging: Parts are organized and packaged to protect your order, while also reducing shipping costs for you
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships
• Shipping Providers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and package size

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States, 7-14 business days to Canada, and 10-21 business days to Australia. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping Costs

We charge what shipping costs us. In some cases we actually absorb a portion of the cost. Because K'NEX parts are so light, most orders fall into the lowest weight brackets and ship for just a few dollars. Your cart calculates the shipping cost automatically based on order weight.

Why is there a service fee on small orders?

We built KRP around one principle: you should be able to order exactly what you need, even if that's a single $0.04 part.

That comes with a tradeoff. Every order is hand-picked, hand-sorted, and hand-packed, one part at a time, from a catalog of over 1,000 individual pieces. That's a lot of care that goes into even the smallest order.

Rather than raising prices across the board or requiring a minimum spend, we made a different choice: add a small service fee to orders under $15. It's how we keep our prices honest, our minimums at zero, and our doors open.

Spend $15 or more and the service fee disappears entirely.

And while you're at it, grab a few extras! Nothing's worse than reaching into the bin mid-build and coming up short. A few spare parts go a long way, and our bundle deals are the easiest way to stock up without breaking the bank.
