Our team has been working hard through the COVID-19 pandemic.
From the start, they’ve been given optional hours (no one was forced or obligated to work), some chose to use that time to self-quarantine. Others helped keep the business running and sending parts to our customers all over the world to enjoy K’NEX with their extra free time. In cases where it was possible we let the team work remotely from home.
This has unintentionally caused some stress, growing pains, and long hours for some team members. We’re a small business and always want to look out for the health of our team and wanted to reward everyone with a much needed break. Instead of running with low manpower and making it difficult for everyone, we decided to give the team a full weeks paid vacation.
Our team will be out of office from 7/18/2020 until 7/25/2020.
We will then be catching up on shipping and resuming the normal shipping schedule (one business day) after that.
